Schedules Instructional, Training and Coaching schedules are not at all at this time hard and fast… Rather, practice schedules are flexible according to each athlete, and in the case of the group sessions, the best schedules for all involved…Specific times and dates are scheduled as the individuals' and group's schedules develop …and are customized to accommodate each athlete's scholastic, team practice and competitive schedules. When we meet, and discuss taking part in a coaching program, tentative schedules are discussed, and every effort is made to accommodate all participants.
